Refund Policy

This refund policy explains refund requests, subscription cancellation, and exceptions for FlowTrace subscription services.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

FlowTrace provides subscription-based digital asset intelligence and public on-chain analytics services. Users may cancel future renewals through the payment platform flow. After cancellation, access generally remains available until the end of the current paid period.

Refund Requests

If you need a refund because of accidental payment, duplicate payment, technical inability to access the purchased service, or another reasonable reason, contact official support within 14 days after payment. Please include your account email, payment date, payment platform, order or transaction identifier, and refund reason.

Non-Guaranteed Refunds

FlowTrace may deny refunds where the user has materially used query allowances, exported reports, obtained case analysis results, violated the Terms of Use, abused the refund process, or where analysis results differ from expectations because of third-party blockchain data limitations. FlowTrace does not guarantee refunds because assets are not recovered, case outcomes differ from expectations, investment losses occur, or user-provided data is incorrect.

Processing Time and Payment Platforms

After a refund is approved, the time for funds to appear depends on the payment platform, issuing bank, blockchain payment provider, or other payment service provider. If a third-party payment platform processed the transaction, the refund process and timing may also be subject to that platform policy.

To request a refund, submit your request through the contact page on the official FlowTrace website. FlowTrace will never ask for private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or signing permissions.
