Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of eligible FlowTrace account data, case data, or support data.
How to Submit a Request
Email support@flowtrace.io with the subject “FlowTrace Data Deletion Request”. Describe the type of data you want deleted, such as account data, a specific case, share links, reports, or support records.
Verification and Limits
To protect account security, FlowTrace may require a reply from the registered email address or enough information to confirm account control. Data related to payments, security, compliance, dispute handling, or immutable public blockchain records may not be immediately or fully deletable.
Public Blockchain Data
FlowTrace can delete or stop processing case data created inside your FlowTrace account. Public blockchain transactions and address records are not controlled by FlowTrace and cannot be removed from the blockchain itself.
