Delete Your FlowTrace Account

You can start account deletion from the account support screen in the app, or contact FlowTrace from this page to request deletion of your account and related data.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@flowtrace.io from the email address registered to your FlowTrace account. Use the subject “Delete FlowTrace Account” and confirm that you want your account and related case data deleted.

What Will Be Deleted

Deletion generally covers account data, login identifiers, user-created cases, case notes, share-link settings, and user-generated reports. Payment records, security logs, support records, or data required for legal, contractual, tax, or dispute-handling purposes may be retained for the required period.

Processing Time

FlowTrace will verify that the requester controls the account and usually complete deletion of eligible data within 30 days, or respond if more information is needed.

Security Notice

FlowTrace will never ask for private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or wallet signing permissions. Do not include unrelated sensitive information in your deletion request.
