Terms of Use

FlowTrace provides anti-fraud fund-flow lookup, case organization, and risk reference services based on public on-chain data and platform-maintained risk intelligence.

Service Positioning

FlowTrace is a private technical service, not a government agency, forensic certification body, law firm, virtual asset exchange, or asset recovery service. Outputs are for lead organization, police-report support, complaint support, internal review, and legal-consultation preparation.

Use of Service

Users are responsible for lawful use, accurate case inputs, and independent verification before filing police reports, complaints, exchange notices, or legal actions. The service must not be used to harass others, publish unverified accusations, evade AML/CFT requirements, or conduct unlawful activity.

Report and Risk Label Limits

Reports and labels are generated from public on-chain data, user inputs, third-party APIs, and platform-maintained data. They may be affected by source completeness, update timing, indexing delays, mixers, exchange internal ledgers, bridges, OTC desks, contract routing, and mixed funds. Reports are not legal advice, judicial findings, criminal findings, final liability attribution, or recovery guarantees.

Anti-Fraud and Record Preservation

Users should preserve original transaction hashes, wallet addresses, exchange records, communications, payment records, official report materials, and FlowTrace exports. If fraud is suspected, use official anti-fraud hotlines, local police channels, exchange compliance channels, or qualified legal counsel.

No Asset Custody

FlowTrace does not request private keys, custody assets, recover funds, or execute transactions on behalf of users. Any request for private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or guaranteed recovery is outside FlowTrace services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For disputes arising from or related to FlowTrace services, the parties agree that Taiwan, Republic of China law governs. If litigation is required, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the parties agree that Taiwan Taichung District Court shall be the court of first instance.
