Privacy Policy
FlowTrace explains the purpose, scope, retention, use, and user rights for personal data handling in line with Taiwan personal data notice expectations.
Collector and Purpose
The collector is FlowTrace. Collection purposes are limited to account management, identity and security verification, case creation, public on-chain lookup, report generation, payment processing, support, system security, abuse prevention, compliance, and dispute handling.
Personal and Case Data Categories
Data may include email address, account identifiers, login records, payment status, support communications, IP and security logs. Case data may include wallet addresses, transaction hashes, chain identifiers, notes, generated reports, share-link settings, and user-submitted risk labels. FlowTrace does not request national ID numbers, birth dates, private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or signing permissions.
Retention, Region, Recipients, and Use
Data is retained while the account exists, while cases are processed, and for periods required for contractual, legal, security audit, or dispute needs. Processing regions include FlowTrace operations, cloud providers, and payment providers. Recipients are limited to FlowTrace, necessary service providers, payment processors, security and cloud providers, and authorities legally entitled to request data. FlowTrace does not sell personal data. Use methods include electronic storage, lookup, analysis, report generation, notifications, support, and security monitoring.
User Rights and Effect of Non-Provision
You may request inquiry, review, copies, supplementation, correction, cessation of collection/processing/use, or deletion under Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act. If required data is not provided, account creation, case creation, report generation, payment, or support may not be available.
Public On-Chain and Third-Party Data
Blockchain addresses and transaction hashes are generally public on-chain data, but they may indirectly relate to natural persons. If users enter wallets or case data involving others, they must have a lawful purpose and avoid uploading unrelated or excessive personal data.
Sensitive Wallet Data
FlowTrace never asks for private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or signing permissions. Anyone requesting those items or promising guaranteed recovery after payment does not represent FlowTrace.
